Ineke Michon

Partner and consultant of Development Factory. She began her career in the public sector and worked for 10 years as an adviser for various not-for-profit organisations. Following this she worked for Schnitker & Voortman for five years as a consultant and following this for five years with the HR consultancy firm, Mercer. All considered, she has 24 years of working experience in the area of training, assessment, coaching and outplacement. At Mercer she was the manager of the Assessments Department. Her educational background is twofold: Clinical Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and the Teacher Training College in Maastricht. In addition, she has worked since 2002 as a certified Birkman consultant. She is convinced that happy people perform better.
