Who are we?

The Development Factory is a young company which nevertheless has a history. Our organisation was established in January 2009. Our history lies with Mercer, because our team was employed by Mercer for many years before our company became independent. Our roots can be traced to Schnitker & Voortman, the organisation which was acquired by Mercer in 2002.

Our consultants have considerable experience in the area of assessment & coaching and are in a position to support talent management in organisations. On the basis of employment and organisational psychology and experience in HR, we support organisations in the development and assessment of employees. During the period with Mercer, we became familiar with the coordination and implementation of international projects. In our present practice, we also carry out international assessments. We are therefore able to rely on our experience with candidates and companies from various cultures.
