Would you like your employees to improve their effectiveness? We assist employees in relation to planning and organisation, communication, assertiveness and influencing others. We include your feedback in the coaching process, so that you play an active role, and offer the employee a learning environment.

To increase the transfer of new insights into practice, we include the work context in the process. We also make use of the Birkman method, with which we analyse the needs of people. The person coached learns to structure his work and exert influence. If required, we advise the manager and HR professional on how best to deal with and support the person coached in his or her development, which promotes the transfer of insights into practice.
