The psychological assessment is still the best way to measure human competences. It should be conducted by experienced organisation psychologists using up to date, reliable instruments. Development Factory conducts assessment- and development centers for various clients. Depending on the question and the goal we offer the following types of assessment:
Selection assessment
Goal is to determine whether one or more candidates are suited for a specific position. Advice will be given as to what will be needed for successful functioning in the position.
Potential assessment
Goal is to determine strengths and weaknesses, growth-potential and learning ability of an individual in the broad sense. Besides that, potential for specific situations is determined and advice is given concerning training and development.
Career guidance assessment
Goal is to determine strengths and weaknesses, career wishes and opportunities, interests and preferences of an individual. Advice is given concerning alternative positions and professional directions.
Top assessment
Goal is to determine qualities, areas of development and possible risks for an individual. Advice will be given concerning conditions for a successful execution of a future top-management position or a chairman position and/or personal growth.
Talent scan
For multinational organisations, it can be difficult to estimate and get a grip on the available management potential, when operating in different countries. Development Factory has the necessary instruments and expertise to assess the talents and possible areas in need of training for large groups of employees in several countries.
Online Assessment
Development Factory has a full range of internet assessment tools, which can be used as part of a complete assessment or on their own for HR purposes such as selection, potential assessments and career guidance.
