We believe in bringing about quick changes in organisations by using the right tools and by taking into account the context in which the change occurs. Your organisational objectives are the point of departure for assessment, coaching and talent management. An analysis of cooperative relationships and the motivation of employees and managers ensures that the right people are in the right places.

 

Method of work

In our assessments, we are sharp and critical, but also personal, committed and human. On an assessment day, we pay attention to contact with every candidate and we make further enquiries to find out more about his or her motivation, potential and areas for development. We are therefore able to provide a good insight into the match between the position and candidate’s ambitions. We provide tailor-made services and, on request, we develop role plays appropriate to the specific context of the position.

Our development activities are flexible. We both use our intuition and work hard in our Factory; we regard change as an activity. We are therefore also more than willing to roll up our sleeves. We assist managers in relating to their staff and support coaching candidates with practical matters. We also switch to a deeper level when necessary and pause for reflection. This combination of practical assistance, confrontation and reflection results in quick change.
