Outplacement

Sometimes organisations and their employees have to take leave of each other. This may occur during reorganisations, but also if differences arise between the personal wishes of employees and the opportunities which the organisation can offer. Outplacement in such cases considerably increases the possibility of obtaining a new, suitable job. We believe that the outplacement candidates and the coach have to 'click'. We therefore offer the possibility of an introductory interview without any obligations. In this interview, both parties consider what the process should involve. This is followed by a proposal for a tailor-made process in which we provide an insight into the steps which will probably have to be taken. It is certainly possible to opt for various modules, depending on the budget and the employee's needs.

Individual attention and a tailor-made approach characterises the way we work. We take into account the employee's needs and adjust the action we take to the actual situation. We coach the employee in relation to his or her activities, but we are also ready and willing to take certain tasks upon ourselves. We can do searches, prepare job applications, assess letters, and make use of our network, where necessary. Change involves taking action.
