Assessments: selection, potential and career

  • With regard to selection-related matters, we give advice on the appointment of individual employees. By means of assessments, you obtain an objective and in-depth impression of the suitability of candidates for a job and the preconditions that must be met for this.
  • In the case of reorganisations, we support you by giving advice on which people are best suited for which place within the organisation and determine what their development needs are in their new role or job.
  • If something goes wrong with an employee.... Even if it is difficult to establish why an employee does not perform as expected, we are more than willing to investigate why this is the case. Our advice focuses on ascertaining how the employee's performance can be improved.
  • Do you or one of your employees have a career-related question, such as what the next step should be in your or his/her career? A career assessment is then appropriate, in which both the organisation and the employee obtain clarity with regard to the best career path.
  • At an international level, we can support you with assessments.
  • We are used to 'assessing' top management and have a special programme for this.

We make use of the Birkman method and SHL instruments. We specialise in drawing up both competence-based reports and reports which describe profiles. We have our own competence dictionary, but we would certainly be willing to work with your competence sets. You will be able to manage your talents well on the basis of one of our assessments.
